This section answers some of the questions you may have regarding Barclayloan.
 
Which Cities are we offering Barclayloan in?
  1. Karachi
  2. Lahore
  3. Islamabad / Rawalpindi
How will my finance facility be disbursed to me once approved?
  1. Direct Transfer in to your Barclays Account: If you have an account with Barclays Bank Pakistan, you can request for the finance amount to be disbursed to your Account.
  2. Through Pay Order: If you do not have an account with Barclays Bank Pakistan, then a Pay Order of the finance amount will be issued in your name.
  3. In case of Balance Transfer, the finance amount Pay Order will be directly sent to the beneficiary Bank.
How long will it take for my finance facility to be booked and disbursed?
  1. If you have provided all required documents to the Bank, your finance facility will be approved and booked within 4 working days.
 
If I want to pay off my personal finance facility before its maturity date, what should I do?
  1. Simply visit a Branch or Sales & Service Centre (SSC) and fill out an Early Settlement Form. The Service Representative at the Branch or SSC will provide you the exact amount needed to pay off the finance facility which will be mentioned on the Early Settlement Form.
How will I know my monthly installment amount due?
  1. Once your finance facility is approved and booked, you will be sent a welcome pack.
  2. The welcome pack contains a welcome letter and a repayment schedule.
  3. In both the welcome letter and repayment schedule, your repayment account number and finance facility number are mentioned for your convenience.

Is there an option of partial payoff for Barclayloan?
  1. The Barclayloan is for a fixed period and for a pre-agreed financing amount. You only have an option to make full payment.
 
Will the mark-up rate be fixed for the life of the Barclayloan?
  1. Yes. It’s a fixed rate financing facility and the mark-up rate will not change over the life of the financing facility.
